On behalf of E.ON Energy Infrastructure, we hold the role of audit manager at the E.ON CHP plant at Högbytorp. The assignment covers the entire audit cycle; planning, implementation and follow-up. The work around an audit is planning intensive. Nine months are devoted to planning and preparation, so that the work will flow during the three weeks when the audit is carried out. E.ON's ambition is for each audit to be better, which is in line with Sigholm's motto, "Plan, act & iterate". After the audit, we will spend time reflecting together and extracting lessons learnt.
